Levi,

I’d call you Commander or Captain were that level of formality still important, but I’m still not sure which of those is correct. 

I’m not really sure what to say here, how do these things normally go? I’ve never done this sort of thing with a commanding officer; in fact, I was under the impression that this sort of thing was generally frowned upon in the military. Fraternization regs and all.

I must say, you’re as impressive in bed as you are on the field, and if you ever bring up that I said that then I’ll tell the rest of the 104th about all of your tattoos. (Which I myself appreciated, on an unrelated note. They are very nice.)

Captain Napoleon caught me sneaking food again. I had to clean the moss of the castle walls again. I have strains on my strains from awkwardly having to reach for  a patch of moss. Ha. 

Some genius (Connie) proposed that we might be related. Which is a total croak of horseshit. Jean, Reiner, and Sasha agreed. You know what Reiner said?

I agree, she says my name in the same sneer Levi gets when he steps in a pile of horseshit.

Well, it's the day before the great expedition! I'm sure everything is going to go smoothly. Though.. I feel like something bad is going to happen. Whatever, I trust captain and the squad and in myself that everything will be fine and well. I'm really thankful of Levi, he's an amazing leader and its truly an honor to be working under him! It still feels like a dream that I was picked to be part of the special operations squad..
