i assume you mean the jenna gif from the 2x03 set? it was pretty easy tbh i just colored it normally and put color balance under my psd and shifted the balance to the green i wanted to achieve and then i erased the color green on her face which was not too hard since she only moves her body a bit and not her face if that makes sense? like you can see the color is still on her hands since that has more movement but its not as noticeable as if it was on her face you know?
hope that makes sense if not i can put like a little tutorial and show you how i did it step by step :)
