Hello. I am Nicole L. Reyes, a 17- year old girl from Batangas. I came from a simple family yet full of happiness, love, and positivity. I have four sisters and I am the youngest in the family. Right now, our family is incomplete as my father passed away last 2014. But still, we are able to overcome that challenge and continue to be a happy family.

When we talk about my attributes, I am the type of person who is dedicated and hardworking to achieve a certain goal. I am an organized person when it comes to studying and doing school works and household chores. I always manage my time so that everything could be done before its deadline. Lastly, I always have the initiative to do something that is why I am always the leader of various group activities in school.

One of the things I am great at is to stay silent even though people are bothering me. I choose not to speak because I do not want to spread hatred towards the people around me. Whenever people question what I do, I just reply with a smile and accept what they say because I believe I cannot please everyone although I am not doing anything wrong. I will just kill them with kindness and the achievements I have made with the help of their criticisms. Their criticisms motivate me to strive harder towards my dreams.

When we talk about my other side, I think you cannot believe that I am a little bit artsy. I sketch portraits and I do calligraphy. You could see some of my artworks in my art account in Instagram (@artsbynics). To share this with you, some of the portraits I sketched were featured in a concert of a boy band here in our country. I really feel honored because there are people who appreciate my talent.

Aside from being artsy, I am a full- blooded KPOP fan. Listening to KPOP music and watching videos of my favorite groups give me an escape from reality. This is also the way to release my stress from too much school works. Maybe some people would say it could cause distraction to admire these Korean idols but for me, it is an inspiration. They also started as normal people with the dream of becoming an idol to showcase their talents. For me, they inspired me to showcase my own skills and knowledge and maintain my academic standing in class.

2019 will be full of challenges and adjustments since I will enter college. My goal this year is to make my family more proud of me. I am going to graduate high school and start my journey in becoming an engineer. I want to become a successful engineer just like my father. This ambition will surely help not only myself but my family to attain a better future. Another goal this year is to travel to Korea after graduation. It is my dream since last year to visit this beautiful country and hopefully meet my favorite artists. I am claiming that these goals will be fulfilled and 2019 will be a great year for me! ❤

I'm Vanessa, a girl with a simple life. I can say that I'm a person who doesn't love so much attention and definitely hates crowded places. I don't usually initiate conversations and I find it hard to open up to someone. Thus, once I put my trust in you I am sure that you will see a different version of me. Some facts about myself? I really treasure my cousins and I love to sleep. Also, listening to music helps me to cope up with my emotions and everything.

In my 17 years of existence here on Earth, I must say that life has been a thrilling ride of tears, laughter, pain, love, failure, and success. Well, let me introduce myself, hi I’m Larah Daniela De Castro, a simple girl with bigger dreams. I’m the kind of person who cries easily even if it’s just a little thing. I’m sensitive and emotional I guess but what can I do that’s just me being myself. Moreover, I always taught myself to find art and beauty to the people, places, or things that surround me. Someday, I want to be a fashion designer and at the same time walk the runaway with the clothes I personally design.

Hi. I'm no one. No one's favorite. Even though you've tried your best and work for it so hard, still nobody notices. Not even someone's choice but will always be a backup, an option. And that's how I live my life for the whole time. Until one time, I met someone who changed my perspective in life. The one who make me feel that I am more than that. Finally, I met Him. He gave me the light and guidance through my journey. His the reason behind my achievement, happiness and for who I am and what I have done in my life. Philippians 4:13 says it all.

It may appear as a single word but no one can ever underestimate the power that lies from within. Everyone dreams, ipso facto true, and to quote Martin Luther King's infamous line, I have a dream. 

Being the eldest child of a couple who ventures in the field of education and engineering, I have been enlightened with the true significance of education in achieving one's dream. My Mama, a humble teacher who shapes young minds in our area's public school, always reminds me and my siblings to never lose focus in going extra mile when studying - be it from a simple quiz or a major exam - for all the learnings that we acquired will be helpful in whatever future struggle we may face. Mama always highlighted the true value of education hence I always exert 100 percent of my effort in trudging the busy avenue of knowledge and learnings.

If Mama is the one who showers me with motivation in finishing my studies, Papa, on the other hand, is the one who acts as an inspiration to achieve my goals and dreams. As an engineer who works in the oil and gas industry offshore, I am informed that his line of job is of great danger and high risks. But what amazes me is how he continue to conquer the ravaging waves of the Pacific and the perilous nature of his working environment as a way to eke out a living for us, his family. Papa's hardwork and determination inspires to me to study hard and pray harder so that I can achieve my dreams in God's time.

And since I'm already motivated and inspired by my parents all the time, there's only one thing left for me to do.

I’m an 18-year old girl stucked in the 7-year old body. The small stature of mine runs through our blood line and that makes me noticeable even at a crowd. Despite of it, I always try my best not to be bother of such small flaw of mine.

I am a persevering, hardworking but weird and forgettable person. I am dedicated in accomplishing my school works. According to my friends, I am generous that sounds like my name but it is also another weakness of mine since I’m too kind hearted to everyone not knowing that I am being abused already.

Mostly, I spend my days indoors with my family and fur friends whom I treat as my human siblings. I am a fan girl of many boy bands, an otaku, a bookworm and an aspiring pianist. And when the night comes, I like to gazed upon the lovely horizon of celestial bodies.

GOALS 2019 

This year that God given to us, I only want a good health, a more mature me, a thrifty me, prosperous year for our family and my greatest goal of all is to graduate Senior High School with flying colors and enter the university I really want.

I'm the guy who loves to play video games. I have started playing video games when I was 4 years old. Being the only child in the family, I did things that can make me happy. I play around with things that are simple and I never requested for something that was expensive. I also learned to play board games and sports with the help of my friends. I started to use a computer when I was grade 1 but only  knowing the basics. I have played various types of video games in different platforms. I also like to do in door and out door activities.

I'm in to gaming but I've never wanted to dislike studying because I know my parents wants me to achieve my dreams and I respect my parents. I want to finish my studies and still be a gamer at heart.

This 2019,  my goal is to get better. I have already learned some lessons from past experiences. I am getting matured every day. I want to focus on my health and my needs. I want to accomplish things that I never done. I need to work harder every day to be what I want in the future. I know God, my family and friends are beside me.
