Sweet Baby Breesus
One from the archive. It’s close to lunch and I can’t stop thinking about food, especially from The French Press. This photo is from a recent off site catering shoot I did for the restaurant. Steen’s Cane Syrup drenches boudin balls and bacon on a biscuit to make the Sweet Baby Breesus. A breakfast item created by chef Justin Girouard to honor New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
