A hearty and flavorful salad that combines tender ribeye steak, crispy French fries, poached eggs, and a luscious blue cheese butter. Perfect for a satisfying meal!
Ingredients: 8 oz ribeye steak. 2 cups frozen French fries. 2 large eggs. 4 cups mixed salad greens. 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. For the Blue Cheese Butter:. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened. 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles. 1/2 teaspoon fresh chives, minced. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to the temperature listed on the package of French fries. Put the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake them as directed on the package until they are golden brown and crispy. Add salt and pepper to both sides of the ribeye steak while the fries are baking. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. For medium-rare, cook the steak for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side after adding it. You can change the cooking time to suit your taste. After taking the steak out of the pan, let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into thin slices. Put the blue cheese crumbles, minced chives, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl. Melt the butter and mix it in. To make the blue cheese butter, mix it well. Cook the eggs: Put water in a saucepan and slowly bring it to a simmer. Break each egg into its own ramekin. Using a spoon, make a small whirlpool in the simmering water. Carefully slide each egg into the whirling water. For a runny yolk, poach for three to four minutes. For a firmer yolk, poach for longer. With care, carefully take the poached eggs out of the water and place them on a plate lined with paper towels. Put the salad together: Spread the mixed salad greens out on two plates. Put the steak slices, poached eggs, and crispy French fries on top. Put the blue cheese butter on top of the salad. Add blue cheese crumbles on top to make it taste even better. If you want, you can add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve right away and enjoy!

The soft sirloin steak in this Greek-style steak salad is mixed with fresh greens, vegetables, soft-boiled eggs, and feta cheese. It's a tasty and filling meal that comes with toasted French bread and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients: 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced. 4 cups mixed greens e.g., spinach, arugula, romaine. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cucumber, diced. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 4 large eggs. 1 French bread baguette, sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. For the dressing: 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the sliced steak. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. After you add the steak slices, cook for two to three minutes on each side for medium-rare or until it's done the way you like it. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Cover the eggs with cold water and set them aside while the steak rests. For soft-boiled eggs, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it cook for 6-7 minutes. Put them in ice water to stop the cooking, then cut them in half and peel them. In a small bowl, mix the extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper that will be used to make the dressing. Put the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese crumbles, sliced red onion, and diced red onion in a large salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it to coat. Put the minced garlic and the rest of the olive oil in a different bowl. Spread this on the French bread slices and toast them in the oven or toaster until they are golden brown. To serve, put some salad on each plate and top with slices of cooked steak, soft-boiled eggs, and toasted French bread. If you want, you can add more feta cheese on top. Have fun with your French bread with Greek steak salad, soft-boiled eggs, and feta cheese.

This Steak Salad with Sweet Potatoes, Feta, and Cranberries is a hearty and satisfying meal that's perfect for lunch or dinner. The combination of tender steak, roasted sweet potatoes, creamy feta, and sweet cranberries makes for a flavorful and nutritious salad. The balsamic dressing adds a tangy kick to tie all the ingredients together.
Ingredients: 8 oz sirloin steak. 2 cups mixed greens e.g., spinach, arugula, kale. 1 cup sweet potatoes, diced. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. On both sides, season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper. For medium-rare, grill the steak for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, but you can change the cooking time to suit your tastes. Take it off the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes. Then cut it into pieces. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and heat it over medium-low heat while the steak rests. After you add the diced sweet potatoes, cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Add pepper and salt. To make the dressing, mix the rest of the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl with a whisk. Put the broken up feta cheese, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, mixed greens, and cooked sweet potatoes in a large salad bowl. Cut the steak into thin slices and add them to the salad. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it to mix everything together. Serve your steak salad with sweet potatoes, feta, and cranberries right away and enjoy it!
