You can eat this Steak Salad with Radishes and Cucumbers for lunch or dinner. It tastes great and is filling. A tasty meal is made with soft grilled steak, fresh vegetables, and a sour balsamic dressing.
Ingredients: 8 oz sirloin steak. 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced. 1 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced. 4 cups mixed greens e.g., lettuce, spinach. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, radishes, cucumbers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the sliced steak to the salad bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top. Toss everything together to coat with the dressing. Serve immediately and enjoy!
