I need to start going out by myself i used to do it when i was in high school but now i can’t barely go out without feeling anxious. I would wait for my partner to go out but it’s so hard to plan something either they want to stay in or some other bullshit excuse.more I think about it it seems like my relationship made me more introverted than anything. So my next step after closing my socials is to go out by myself and experiencing life again. I should really start think about my love life it’s getting really pathetic
