New Year’s morning walk with my faithful exercise buddy. I’ve had a cold this past week and fell on my bum while skate skiing so haven’t run in a week! I started off 2022 with a walk around our hood in 5” of snow so felt like I had a good workout! It was a brisk 27° but fast walking quickly warmed me!!
