Start-Up NY brings 5 more firms, 245 jobs to UB program
The University at Buffalo now has over 50 companies that have been enticed to Buffalo due to the Start-Up NY program. The five newest firms will all have businesses pertinent to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and bring a total of 245 jobs to the over 1,500 jobs the program has already brought. Together, all of the firms have pledged to invest over $50M in and around Buffalo.
