All the classes I'm interested in start at 5:30pm which is when most of my shifts at my summer job end.
It might be for the best... I went on a walk today and noticed another way I've been compensating for my right leg post surgery so I'm going to bring that up at PT next week.
I'm leaning towards looking back into the local climbing gym, but again the leg is a factor.
And don't any of you dare suggest yoga! To many of my coworkers are a part of the local yoga scene and honestly, that's part of what makes yoga scare me. I'm maybe considering doing basic yoga stuff via YouTube but I wouldn't know if I'm doing it right...
Getting exercise over the summer is already going to be a challenge, especially when I'm working with kids for six weeks from 7:30am-3:30pm or 5:30pm depending on the camp that week.
It's just very discouraging I guess... I've been having a kinda shit week mental health wise and being able to start dance was one of the things I was looking forward to.
probably gonna go cry myself to sleep now but if anyone has advice or ideas, help? please?
