Daily sport-exercises:
20 Push ups : Did 15 and after a break 12 push ups
10 Sidesteps each side
20 crunches
20 back lifts
10 Trunk twister
5 times turn and bounce
5 times body twist
5 side benderÂ
10 squad bender
5 Buttoms upÂ
10 times bend and reachÂ
yeah today... was a little workout carved together from the wwII exercisesÂ

nothing to crazy, basic opensource intelligence with exif tools, twitter research and wayback-machine. The Fun part was the pcap analysis with wireshark to get some dns spoofing and retake a file that was encrypted and hat to be decryped.

Today a mate came to me with a request. He wanted to get a new PC setup, so i leveled up my hardware knowledge to gave him proper advising. After we analyzed his needs we dug through tons of different hardware and found some good stuff to keep him going for the next 5 years i hope. After that we helped another mate to get to our team to have a great time with us.Â
What would I have liked to have done differently today?
