Raindew stumbled as she was let down, and after being quite abruptly pinned to Shadow Milk Cookie's side against her own will, her knees practically gave out.

She was damn exhausted. She could barely stand.

And then the dagger was shoved into her hands.

She held it close to her face, almost entranced by the way it gleamed in the dim light.

And then she almost dropped it.

Shadow Milk Cookie slowly released the trembling Cookie, stepping back to see what she would do.

Raindew stepped forward, feeling as if she was gonna faint. She looked up at Starry Clockwork Cookie and positioned the dagger.

Clockwork clenched her eyes shut.

Absolute Raindew Cookie pulled her arm back...

And threw the dagger into the piece of wall right next and behind to Clockwork's head.

Starry Clockwork's eye opened. Then the second one. She...She wasn't dead.

She caught sight of Shadow Milk's expression.

He looked furious.

Raindew looked to Shadow Milk Cookie and for once, he noticed how conflicted she looked. How emotional. How her words were filled with...Was that loathing?

"I'm not going to kill an innocent Cookie for your own entertainment!"

Shadow Milk stared at his daughter's face, still trying to take in what she had said.

What did he hear in those pitiful words of hers?

Loathing? That can't be right.

Starry Clockwork Cookie glanced from one blue-eyed cookie to another, fear rattling through her gears.

Tick, tick...

"Sir, if I could.. intervene... I-I am very sorry for the disservice I have done by not completing the assigned work.

"H-However, if you would.. allow me a second chance, I would gladly do my duties as asked... in the timeframe asked."

She could feel her worth being scrutinised as Shadow Milk Cookie turned his head to glare at her dubiously.
