She sneaks in his inbox and takes a glass vial out of her pocket. She sprays a few times - sneezes - then hastily makes her exit. It's only a matter of time before he notices the scent of her 'cheap perfume'.
And he returns after a long droning hour meeting. His head is already pounding and the moment he entered his office he could pick up that cheap store-bought brand thanks to his heighten sense of smell from the splendid migraine. A narrowing of his eyes, he directs his attention to each item in his office—quite used to things being out of place or shifted a few inches to the right.
There is nothing.
Nothing but that tasteless fragrance. He’s quick to cover it up however with one of the candles he holds in his office for the ambience of relaxation. It does little today but at least it will help mask the scent he is familiar with upon first meeting this woman.
Or he hopes this wasn’t a new fragrance picked up by the newly appointed secretary.
He’ll fire her just to make sure.
