This was already answered here! However, I'll add the tidibit that if she could get a vs sword of her own she'd make it an arakh with the words "Weep Kings, I'm Red With Your Blood" engraved in it.

When it comes down to it, Lucía is as dothraki as she is northen, if not more. For that reason I think she would use a dothraki word as the name, maybe bastardized. Saqoyalat (to be bloody) comes to mind, but when made into a name It would become something along the lines of Saqyli (she who is bloody). For her words the first thing that came to mind is "Look upon me and weep", in both dothraki and common.

As an extra, I think her coat of arms would be a skinned (or otherwise dead) horse galloping in front of a sun on a sea of blood. Something like this:

Lucía is remembered as a transgresive figure, if nothing else. Specially if somehow her letters with Alex survived, she would also be remembered as a powerful political player since a young age and woman who looked after her own first and foremost. Other than that she would be seen as a powerful figure that brought back the Red King title and fed the flames of the Old Religion.
