I have a few books I saved for August and the first one up is the newest Rainbow Rowell. I've totally stalled on Binding 13, but hope to finish Whale Eyes and Unico today.

Still feeling a bit of a reading slump, partly due to other things going on.
Feel like my reading has slowed way down in the past week. Took about a month of vacation to start to feel some boredom and some stressful things at my husband's work made me feel like I needed to be more productive.
I have finished 7 things in the last week. I read Heartstopper 6 one night I was feeling down. I also finished the last Calvin and Hobbes book and The One and Only Family, which is also the last in a series.
I'm struggling to get back to A Tree Grows in Brooklyn after making a lot of progress in the car listening at 1.8 during an extra long grocery pick up trip. Digitally, I'll be finishing Invincible 6 today and I'm also reading Don't Fear the Reaper and a History Smashers (which is my fourth book by Kate Messner this summer).
I'm making good progress in Victorian Psycho so I can listen to the Dead Meat Podcast episode and staying on track with getting Binding 13 done by the due date.
After a library trip, I've got my graphic novels replenished and some new titles in the stack. On digital I've got Don't Fear the Reaper and Gabe in the After as ebooks and A Tree Grows in Brooklyn on audio. Also started a Big Nate collection last night to settle in to bed. I had to renew Binding 13 since its a brick, but if I read on average 20 pages a day of it I'll get it done by the new due date. I've been avoiding Heartstopper and trying to find a special time to start it since its the end of the series.
Short stack for today after a very show, YouTube filled morning.

Heatwave induced headache (migraine?) and company, both for the last four days, slowed down my reading.
I've made progress on several things, most notably Star Shipped, but the only finished book is Heartstopper 5 and my latest Fullmetal Alchemist. Digitally, I'm abput two-thirds through Chirp and at least that far in Invincible #5. Downloaded A Tree Grows in Brooklyn on audio this morning after waiting on the hold for weeks.
New reads
Finished God of the Woods yesterday and Fountains of Silence the day before, which gave me some room to add new titles to the stack.
The problem with reading three 400+ page books at once is that it feels like you aren't getting anywhere. In reality, I'll be finishing Fountains of Silence today. Star Shipped will be taking its place because it is a library book. I have nothing going on with audio, even though I have one still checked out. I picked Fullmetal Alchemist and Invincible back up as well because I'm running out of physical graphic novels. I'm almost through my Heartstopper reread for the new release and I'm done to the last volume of Calvin and Hobbes. A few other short odds and ends read, too. Right now, that's 21 books finished since my grades were done (about 2 weeks).
