St Basil’s cathedral was built by Ivan the Terrible in 1555 and has become the centrepiece of Moscow’s Red Square. The nine domes of the church are modelled in the shape of a bonfire rising into the sky, a design which has no parallel in any other Russian building and has puzzled scholars for centuries. 

I'm participating in the Big Sleepout for St Basil's Charity in November! I'm lowkey scared to do this because of my disabilities - how will sleeping outside in the cold impact my health? But I have always been passionate about supporting young people - it's why I became a youth worker.

Too many young people are sleeping on the streets at night, and I want to make a difference. PLEASE donate! Sponsor me to sleep outside! Do it for me, or do it for the young people who don't get to *choose* this. Either way, every pound helps.

£9 helps one young person. But even if you can only donate £1, I'd rather have a bunch of people donating smaller amounts than no one donating at all. I have £90 left to go until I reach my target, and just over a month to get there. Let's go! ✊️
