There is never a story about the wolf finding what it lost.

Then, there is a story about the sun and the moon falling in love. It is sad, but ends with happiness.

There is never a happy ending for the wolf, crying for a heart that will never mend.

Perhaps, then, the moon will loose the sun, and the wolf will have a happy ending.

(Or, perhaps, the wolf will devour the sun to spite the moon.)

There is a story, then, about a god who threw the sun down and buried it out of jealousy. There is never a story about the wolf reclaiming what was taken.

(But, perhaps, the wolf will hide the sun away instead of returning it. Better to hide what the jealous god threw away than to let it be taken again. No use returning something wonderful to those who will not appreciate the gift.)

Maybe there is a happy ending for the sun.  He will fly back to the sky, and the moon will rejoice.
