It can be so tricky trying to live up to everyone’s expectations, to please other people all the time and to pretend to be something or someone you’re not. It’s taken ages but over the years I’ve realized that it’s ok to be me. All of me: the good, the bad, the happy, the sad and yeah, even the angry, ranting feminist, are the bits that make me who I am.
