Second Star Comeback Postponed; Teddy Leaving Group?
Headlines soared today across various fansites as drummer Teddy Han of rocker-boy band Second Star was spotted arriving in Australia today a day before the band’s supposed album drop and music video release. A state of shock has fallen over the Starlights as this meant that Teddy was either not going to preform with the rest of the group or worse he’d left the band. Now although BB Entertainment has not made an official statement on the first matter they have confirmed that Teddy Han will not be leaving the group - rather he will be on an indefinite hiatus until personal matters are cleared up. The Second Star comeback has been postponed until further notice.
BB Entertainment has stated however that the band will be having this album release with or without Teddy present in promotions - causing speculation that the push back of the release date is only so the band can find a drummer to preform with them on stages until Teddy’s return. Second Star was rumored to have been picking up a bassist back in July but that fell through and the worry now is that even if they find a drummer the band might refuse to play with the individual due to their strong bond with the Australian member. The fandom dosen’t seem pleased by BB Entertainment’s statement and most are against adding someone else to the line up.
In order to ease hearts leader Jae Kim took to twitter and simply wrote the following message:
You can still see the second star to the right from Australia #onceastarlightalwaysastarlight
The message has encouraged many fans in that Second Star is still on good terms and that they have indeed not had a fall out.
