They’re prehensile and Twi’leks have a sort of sign language that they speak with them---more often than not it’s used alongside the speaking language.

I don’t imagine they can really pick things up with them, but they can wrap/coil them around themselves, other people, etc.

I’m not entirely sure how far their brains go in them, but I imagine if there’s a physical portion it’d be only in the base whereas other brain cells reserved for memory may go further through the lekku as Twi’lek are known to have very good or very long memories.

Totally dependant on real life happenings at this point in time, i’m afraid, and will be until things start to return to a workable level.

He has, but it just eats it off or it falls off because of the mouth’s toxic drool kills the adhesive.
