ur just too lovely mwah ok heres a compiled list i did a while ago of all my fave eyebags and akira has kinda changed eyebags over time but i use this face redness and tamo's eyebags but then on the picture on the left i also added eyeliner n17 by ddarkstonee (but i can only find a bootsy link) and also c-cerberus-sims-s hook eyeshadow

hair (silent) / goggles (found a bgc version) / skinblend (blueberry facemask A) / skintone overlay / cheek overlay / lashline / nosemask (bridge tip and highlighter) / eyebags / lower eyelid (n1 MM overlay) / blush (i personally converted this to a skindetail)

the original 18 swatch version is here but the version in my mods folder has the full 24 swatches and i have no memory of if i added the swatches myself or i dled it but ive scoured the internet and cant find it so ive uploaded it here (full credit goes to simsontherope ofc)
