It's a stormy, explosively loud Sunday night. We're back in wintery time. It's the time to reflect on spring runventures of barely many days ago. This one? Mussels in Brussels! With a twist. Take two people and one fun idea (oh hey let's get the Eurostar to Belgium for a day!) and then make it a little bit epic (what if we ran.. a bunch?). Run, train, run run run run run, train, run. 31 kilometres. Two countries. Two amazing cities. It was an extraordinary day of city streets, parks, quaint perfect local cafes, fumbling over languages, meeting lovely people, getting lost on purpose, history, mussels, beer, coffee, filling a backpack of European loot, gibberish in happy chatting on the train home, more city streets. So fun. Legs taking us places.
