*not all, but most!

Hello and welcome to all of the Aurora Cycle fans still lurking in the depths of Tumblr in the year of 2026. Over the next month, I'll be running a bracket which will ultimately decide our favorite (named) Aurora Cycle character! The first round of voting will be published Friday, June 26th, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, and it will be open for one week. After that, the voting schedule is subject to change, but should be fairly similar. Each poll will be accompanied by a short description of each character, as some of them are very minor characters.

Get excited and share this with your Aurora Cycle (or non-Aurora Cycle) friends! You are encouraged to send in propaganda, cheer for your favorites in the tags, etc. etc. As long as you're all kind and respectful to one another, I don't expect there to be any problems. I hope this can be a fun bonding activity for our small fandom :)

I have been reading The Geography of the Future by Tim Marshall. Such an exciting book and I've learnt so much, there is a lot I never knew. I have not yet finished the book, I'm on page 70.

First, has anyone been inspired or fell in love with the space by reading the AC?

Second, can one become an astronaut after 30 years old? I have no degree in anything so I'd need to study. But if I wanted to go to space. Do I have a chance? Any good news? :D ? D: ?

Third, anyone know where to start when it comes to this interest? I like to travel and explore, I like to build things or assemble things, I can program a little. I very much prefer being hands on, but I do like to read and I do enjoy maths. Please don't confuse it with having the ability to use maths. I just like it. :') But I want to entertain this interest in any way possible.
