i know i should probably start making ocs of colour but i'm very afraid of getting something wrong and upsetting somebody. i know what to do and what not to do and i know this sounds like an awful copout but i don't want to risk getting something wrong because even if i know everything about what to do and what to avoid i still don't know from experience what it's like to be a person of colour and i'm afraid to get things wrong in my writing because i just don't know what it's like. i don't know if it's okay to not have any ocs of colour but i really don't want to risk getting things wrong.
