☂ :Storms or clear skies? 

Clear skies. Alvin doesn’t mind the occasional thunderstorm if he’s inside and doesn’t have to be working that day, but he’s spent enough time slogging around in the rain and sleeping outside that he just doesn’t want to deal with it if he doesn’t have to. Grey and misty isn’t bad, but he doesn’t like spending the whole day being wet.

☁ :Describe how they would spend a stormy, overcast/rainy day.

Alvin has spent far, far too many of these days out on the road, hunched up and trying to stay dry. Given his choice, he’d much rather be inside, drying off by a fire, with something hot to drink and people to talk with or letters to write. A rainy day is a slow day for him, and he doesn’t have too many of those. He might not even really know what to do with himself after the first few hours, if he weren’t working.
