Are spumes (my favorite tadpole like creature in zooliminology) technically amphibians?

While within their bubble shells, Spumes retain a level of elevated moisture. However, they do not touch water 2 unless these shells have been broken to regenerate them. Their moisture is maintained so long as they are shelled.

But I, am 22 years, and a nonbinary lesbian, and im quite into Zelda, and Nier, and even a Mario and Splatoon to name a few, as well as puppetry and my little para goobers

Ive got that autism, and adhd, as well as quite the anxiety sometimes, but i do think I'll try to post more of my art and such, and not lurk as much (but sometimes it cannot be helped Unfortunately 😔😔😔)
