Spruce Burger, with Taleggio IL Caravaggio cheese, and the most sultry 3oz patty of Foie Gras! One of the richest, and best burgers I've ever had. (Also the most expensive). The juicy, buttery, silky smooth goodness oozed in all the right places! 1* Michelin @sprucerestaurantsf is a tight little spot, good atmosphere, good service, and great food.
