Dangerously tasty green garlic parmesan butter Mac and cheese, with a dusting of cayenne.
Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain and return to hot pan. Add a big spoonful of cream cheese, a shake of salt, and a few slices of American cheese. Stir madly, add a splash of milk until the sauce is the right consistency. (Use low heat if necessary to melt cheeses). Meanwhile, in another bowl, melt butter and add snipped garlic greens & salt (and a little garlic powder if you donāt have a lot of greens. ) When Mac and cheese is done, drizzle the garlic butter over it, and top with a heavy sprinkle of parmesan and a light dusting of cayenne.
