Hey Dear Sprousers!!! it’s been a long time :) I just wanted to let you know that I’m back on both of my Tumblr accounts, so if you have any questions this is the right moment to ask them. 

Hola Queridos Sprousers, tomé la decisión de hacer éste post en mi idioma que es el español y también en inglés, para así poder expresarme mejor con respecto al tema del que voy a hablarles a continuación:

Verán hace un par de horas atrás estuve viendo un video en YouTube sobre cierto chico que aparentemente sufría de una seria condición mental y bueno para hacerles el cuento corto, éste personaje estaba obsesionado con la cantante de origen Irlandés Björk y bueno, su fijación con ella no tuvo buen termino...(no quiero entrar en detalles)

Cómo ya ustedes saben yo he sido fan de los gemelos Dylan y Cole Sprouse desde el año 2004, e inicié Sprouseland en el 2007 y aún sigo apoyándolos en mi website luego de todo éstos años que por qué continuo admirándolos se preguntan? Pues, la respuesta es muy simple yo admiro a personas a quienes considero aportan algo bueno a la humanidad, a gente que en mi forma de verlo tienen valores suficientes que merecen ser reconocidos y éste es el caso de los gemelos Sprouse.

Dylan y Cole son para mi dos chicos increiblemente inteligentes y talentosos, y me parecen que de ellos hemos aprendido mucho, son bastante inspiradores gracias a ellos, muchos jóvenes incluyéndome sentimos la necesidad de superarnos en la vida.

Ahora, que tiene ésto que ver con el relato del chico obsesionado que les conté al principio de éste post? Pues verán, yo pienso que por mucho que tu admires, ames o incluso hasta idolatres a una celebridad en inaceptable que te obsesiones con él o ella, desarrollar esos sentimientos de apego hacia ellos no sólo en enfermizo sino extremadamente peligroso.

Queridos Sprousers, les pido de favor pongan sus pies sobre la tierra y piensen que no tiene nada de malo admirar mucho a alguien, pero no al punto de que se convierta en algo que interfiera con tu salud mental.

Nunca te obsesiones con una celebridad por perfecta que tu la veas, por mucho que quieras que se fije en ti, o por mucho que quieras parecerte a ella o a él.

Siempre recuerda que tu eres único (a) y el estar obsesionado con alguien a quien nunca vas a tener, no es bueno para ti así que sal, vive tu vida, encuentra un amor real, estudia y trabaja duro para así alcanzar tus metas y sueños. No bases tu felicidad en otra persona.

Hello Dear Sprousers, I decided to make this post in my language spanish, and english too so I can express myself better about the following subject, I'm going to talk to you about:

You see a couple of hours ago I was watching a video on YouTube about a guy who apparently suffered from a serious mental condition he was really obsessed with the Irish singer Björk and to make this sad and disturbing story shorter, this whole situation didn't have a happy ending for him...(I'm not going into details)

Anyway, you guys already knows that I've been a fan of  The Sprouse twins since 2004, and I started to run Sprouseland in 2007 and I'm still supporting the boys on my website after all these years. Why do I keep doing this you ask? Well, the answer is very simple I admire people who I consider have contributed with something good to humanity, people that in my way to see it have enough values, that deserve recognition and that's the case of Dylan and Cole.

The Sprouses are for me two incredibly smart and talented guys, and I think we have learned a lot from them, they are quite inspiring and thanks to them, many young people (including myself) feel with the need to be successful in life.

Now, what all this has to do with the story I told you about at the beginning of this post? Well let me explain... I think that no matter how much you admire, love or even idolize a celebrity, it is unacceptable to become obsessed with that person, and developing these kind of feelings or attachment toward them, is not only unhealthy but extremely dangerous too. 

Dear Sprousers I ask you to please, put your feet on the ground and think that it's ok to admire a celebrity, but not to the point of losing your sanity.

Never get obsessed over someone, no matter how much you think you love him/her, how much you want to be like them or how perfect you think they are.

Always remember that you're unique and being obsessed with someone you'll never have, is not good for you so live your own life, go out there and find a real love, study and work hard to achieve your goals and dreams, don't base your happiness on someone else.
