First Meeting Sentence Starters - Always Accepting!

"Oh me?" Marnie replied, having been snapped from her blissful state of admiring the scenery by the question. "Not exactly, I've been on dry land several times!"

"But this IS my first time here specifically. I heard this place was a good spot to host a show." Her seafoam green eyes drifted slightly back to the forest's many floral arrangements. "And they weren't wrong, this place is gorgeous!"

"I'm Marnie by the way, Marnie Anchors. Don't know if you've heard that name before, but I'm a big deal in the deep blue sea."

He blinks as something is placed upon his head, over his hood, slowly tilting his head up and almost backwards to look at who would- oh!

"Carrie! Hi!!" The gifted crown almost falls off, hooking on one of his horns before he rights himself, allowing it to fall back into place as he spins to look at his friend proper.

"Well... It was an envelope. It was supposed to be my wedding day when I got it. Inside was evidence of well... Romeo literally either attempting or straight up murdering almost everyone I've ever known and loved... with plans of him taking it even further. When I tried to leave him at the altar, he threatened my entire family right in front of me. We escaped... but... I lost the paten to my greatest work. Work that he's currently taking all the profit and credit for..."

Allison spoke in a low southern drawl, looking out to the blossoms before the two women. Just speaking it... made her heart twist like there was a dagger in it.

All of that... because she was stupid little girl in love.

"I'm a kitchen witch, sugah."

Allison giggles, as Rosemary grows an entire handle for her to wave in the air. As she does a variety of macarons materialize before the two women.

"Kitchen magic and other forms of alchemy have been in my family for centuries. My confections tend to double as medicine as well! I also have divination by side in the form of tea leaf readings and tarot based magic from Daddy."

There was something to be said about a sense of direction, and that something would be that Alice lacked it. What was supposed to be a day out cataloging plant life has ended up with her getting lost in unfamiliar woods. Why it would be as bad as the time she wrong turn at Albuquerque if not for the reassurance this is a safe place.
