Day ​4​ of #SpringSirens ​is Yogi's choice of Split or Low Lunge, I chose the latter ...in my new @HottieYogaWear leggings 🤗(AND THEY'RE REVERSIBLE!😱🤗😁) ☔️Rainy day note... I have totally come to appreciate rainy days. Metaphorically, no one wants to deal with the dreary, soggy, gray things of life, but [we] want to reap the benefits and enjoy what comes after it clears up... the beauty that blooms & thrives, the life it provides and supports, the muck it washes away... Do yourself a favor; next time it rains, take off your shoes and stomp barefoot through some puddles. If you have kiddos, they will surely help you with this exercise! Feel the raindrops fall upon you like blessings and remind yourself of all the good that comes from it. Be present. The struggle was soooo real in #carpoolyoga today! Can you see it in my face?!? 😕 Flamingo Pose for Day 3 of #SpringSirens and this was the best I got!
