The Secours National was a French organization created on August 4, 1914, on the initiative of Albert Kahn, responsible for providing assistance to the military, their families and the civilian populations victims, by supporting social services.
The decree of October 4, 1940, the day after the promulgation of the first statute for the Jews, placed the Secours National under the high authority of Marshal Pétain.
On the photo montage I created, I pasted vintage stamps issued by France in 1943; no worries, the stamps are protected by a transparent envelope.
It is a unique model creation.
You can keep it in an album to collect (I have other models available) or use it as a decoration.
An example of a frame could be with a Mandraka wood frame in brown color.
Of course THE FRAME IS NOT PROVIDED.
You can see this in the last view.
