Sherlock: Would stumble upon your blog accidentally and spend a slow afternoon reading everything. He enjoys the headcanons more because there’s just so much detail and he loves your style. He’d send you a DM with the URL @scienceofdeduction​ [this is an actual URL and it’s a Sherlock blog... woops, that coulda been awkward if I hadn’t removed the hyperlink) with a long message of how he admires your expansive vocabularly, a statistical anomaly for your age.

Ten: Would be quite impressed with your vocab range and would eagerly read everything you’ve written, leaving comments like “Brilliant!” and sending you goofy dog GIFs just to make you smile. Would send an ask a month complimenting you - he made an account specifically for this and most people mistake it for a bot account because he doesn’t post anything.

Sebby: Would obviously read all the pieces written about him and Ciel. He leaves comments that seem sarcastic but if you read between the lines, there’s a compliment. He’d comment on how he appreciates the respect you put into the comforting imagines and would thank you for not over-romanticising him. Secretly, he doesn’t mind but he has a reputation to uphold. Definitely DMs you!

I saw a “humans are weird” post about muscle memory, and thought about how much we rely on it. Take playing the piano for example, when I was learning I was taught to arch my hands, not to slouch, etc. But what if you had to take all of that into account consciously? 

I think, for a human, the process of doing something familiar becomes second nature. So for someone experienced, playing a familiar song, their process might be something like this: 

 Find notes> play. And all of the other things they’ve learnt for years are still in their head, just happening without thinking. 

Ciel would be clueless. He wouldn’t know how to react, so he’d choose to give no reaction at all. Though, even he can’t help the light blush dusting his cheeks. If the flirting was of a perverse nature, he’d choke on his tea and say something like, “What a revolting display!” in that indignant tone of his and tell you in no uncertain terms to stop immediately or leave. If he was attracted to the flirter, then he’d choke on his tea but remain silent. Look to the right and just behind him and you have a Sebastian muffling his laughter with a gloved hand, his shoulders shaking and eyes sparkling with mirth.

Edward would be blushing and stammering so hard he cannot for the life of him form a coherent sentence. He would likely resemble a fish and would be lost. His face would be bright red and he wouldn’t be able to eat or drink anything for fear of sputtering in a very ungentlemanly manner each time a flirtatious comment is made. It’s completely absurd that a grown ass man is rendered speechless by such a person, but that’s just the way it is.

L would be emotionless and as calm and collected as he always is on the outside, but on the inside, he’s shell-shocked. He genuinely can’t. Even. And his great mind short-circuits. He’s unsure of how to approach this, as socially incompetent as he is, and so he just kind of blinks at you in an owlish manner. In one of his better moods though, which tend to strike him when it’s just him and Watari, he would return the flirting with deadpan comments. He can see right through your efforts, of course, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not appreciated. He’ll just tease you by pretending to not understand.

- Sebastian finds the concept of good and evil to be rather strange. He doesn’t see anyone as being particularly villainous or heroic; rather, humans are grey. They are the good and the bad all at once.

☼ If they had the choice to be immortal with one other person, who would they choose?

- Probably Ciel, if I’m honest. He quite likes playing the role of the Butler, and this way, it never comes to an end.
