As a health & lifestyle coach, one of the things I help my clients do is integrate wellness into their everyday lives. One of the biggest concerns most of my clients have is setting up a daily routine that allows them to feel like they are making the most out of their busy day and incorporates a workout. The first thing I typically evaluate, besides their self care practice, is their sleep hygiene. 〰️ This week's #springiton18 wellness challenge focus is all on 💤SLEEP💤 (something we all need more of) For the next 7 days try starting your bedtime routine 30 minutes earlier than usual and see how that makes you feel the next day and maybe jot some notes down. 📝 How does an extra 30 minutes of sleep impact your day?
