I spent the last few months working with the amazing Discarded Nut Youth Theatre to create the costumes for their performance of Spring Awakening. It was show week last week - here are a few of my snaps.
They put on an incredible performance: moving, visceral and utterly engaging. The director, Noel Jones is a bone fide genius and all round lovely person. The music director Hannah Castleman is quite remarkable. I have complete respect for both of them.
It means so much to have been part of this family. To watch the cast develop and grow has been wonderful. They are a brilliant bunch of kids.
