This past Friday, I had the opportunity to live paint for the #artstrollatlanta hosted by @crafttrap @petersstreetstation. This piece was painted entirely at the artstroll. Afterwards, I took it home to put some final touches, but it was mostly completed at the event. I enjoy painting live. I have a very unique style that makes people curious about whether I can even paint lol. I get weird looks like "what the hell is that?" lol I was painting purely from imagination and used no references. The beauty in that is the fact that no one can imagine what I am viewing in my head. All they see is messy paint and scribbles in the beginning. But, the end result can have you amazed sometimes, and that's why I truly enjoy painting live. An ugly process can form something beautiful in the end. I am always patient with my process. Titled: "The Black Swordsman" | 16x20 inches This original painting is for sale. Please Dm or email me if you're interested. Ships worldwide. The painting is of a black swordsman swinging his sword to the sound of music and being in sync along the way. I did marital arts growing up and I really miss it. It gave a young troubled boy discipline when he needed it most! #artsbyquamaine #spreadartistry #blavity #visualartist #peterstreetstation https://www.instagram.com/p/Bo9aGs0BBL4/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1kavlp5veqdt9
