I got an order from a friend for a sweet pink-purple-gold necklace and it hit me how much I miss making jewelry! I haven’t made any in months- beading and crafting jewelry was always more of a hobby than a job, but if definitely took the back seat these past few years to surface designs. I love playing with color, no matter what the medium is! But beads .. with their beautiful colors, texture, sheen, size, and all of their tactile loveliness- ahhhh, I miss them a lot!!
