Hey. Serious post for a moment, but considering we’re in the waning hours of Unus Annus: please, when it’s gone, don’t insist to people you don’t know that what they are talking about was not real and never happened. That’s gaslighting, and it can be incredibly triggering to some people - especially those who have been repeatedly gaslit in the past, have memory issues due to trauma, have delusions or experience derealisation.
Joking with friends that you have no idea what they’re talking about when they bring up Unus Annus is fine (if they’re okay with it)! But if you do that to someone you don’t know and you keep pushing that it never actually happened, it can really shake someone up. Even if UA’s existence can be verified with a quick google search - it can still hurt someone in the moment.
