A wolf story in China 🐺💖

Hello, thanks to Valko’s introduction on Love And Deepspace, here’s what I’ve learned about wolves in Chinese culture.

The wolf is associated with values of protection, loyalty, and courage. It is said to protect the spiritual realm and convey important divine messages to us. There is also a well-known celestial wolf that represents the star Sirius and guarded the celestial palace: the Big Dipper.

It’s actually the brightest star in the sky!

Here’s an excerpt from what I found online: “Belonging to the constellation Canis Major (it is located on its neck), Sirius is the brightest star in the night sky. In China, this star is called ‘the Celestial Wolf’ (T’ien-lang). In Chinese mythology, the residence of the supreme ruler (the god-emperor Shang-ti)—a palace situated high in the sky—must be guarded by a fierce beast with piercing eyes. This beast amuses itself by flinging intruders into the air and then pushing them into an abyss. Only the souls of warriors who have died heroically in battle can reach the palace—hence its extraordinary radiance, visible from Earth only at night. The Milky Way is the trail left by the Celestial Wolf’s passage.”

I’m a huge fan of mythology, and if we could have Ao Yin/Valko back in the game, I’m sure we’d learn more about this celestial guardian 🙏🏻.

Of course, I had no idea about this symbolism until Papergames announced Ao Yin/Valko’s arrival. This is how I get to learn more about Chinese culture 💖

So let’s keep showing that we want Ao Yin/Valko back!!

This comes in contradiction with the local controversies surrounding Valko from the beginning and now they can't ignore our voices because they notice that if a lot of people are loving him maybe he is not such a huge problem as it was first believed.

We have to keep going on like that, we can do it, we can bring Valko back and show that our love is stronger than hate !!!

To anyone playing the game Obey Me Till Death Do Us Part, if your LI is Lucifer, here is what you need to pay attention to :

1st episode of Chapter 3 we are reading a scene of sexual assault and you need to understand why it's not okay at all to let this into the game.

⚠️The following screens will contain text refering to sexual assault so beware if you are too sensible :

In this scene we first have what seems to be a consensual 🔞 relation and it's okay.

But then, with this dialogue we understand that the MC wanted to stop because she was worried to be late, that's when it's getting worse because as you can see, Lucifer is trying to convince her that she still wants to do it (and the "you are" with the "are" in bold is another proof of it). She reminds him that they will be late (and obviously she doesn't want to be late), he sees that she is restless, tells her that he'll hold back for later but then keep kissing her ? Third time that the MC reminds him that she dosen't want to be late and he wants to make her feel guilty with the "It's your fault for letting your guard down".

And the scene ends here, there's no trigger warning, no message of awareness, nothing, we don't know if he finally stopped or worse, if he continued. We just never talk about this scene again.

A reminder that in a sexual relationship if your partner agrees and then changes its mind and wants to stop, you have to stop immediatly !

I'm very disappointed to see this kind of scene into the game, it was so unexpected and it's untolerable because it has nothing to do here, and letting this scene is part of the rape culture, a thing we are supposed to fight against.

I've also emailed the devs about it with the screenshots but I still have no answer and I don't think I will have one one day....It's very concerning that practically nobody noticed it, so I had to make this post (I already made a video about it but it's in French).

What do you mean you harass people and make them feel guilty over a metric that is not accessible to the public nor even that much impactful for the boycott?

It's not dramatic to recognize that we have flaws and it’s a good thing actually because this way we can work on it.

So yeah I maintain that some people are still impatient and emotionally immature because you took an irrelevant information for something such as a big announcement related to Valko and now you are disappointed about it not being the reality..... 🧍🏻‍♀️ Well.....

Infold held their promise yesterday and didn't lie about anything.

Don’t get me wrong WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE WHOLE SITUATION IS FRUSTRATING, but it’s been already a month so you should start to know how it’s working right now.

Also they don’t have a bad PR strategy (those saying they have are clearly not working in PR strategy inside a company), their silence is protecting their employees and I'd rather see them putting safety first than the opposite.

Learn to work on yourself, this whole situation is a good exercise for some of you to learn new interpersonal skills. It’s not dramatic it’s just part of human evolution.

So their AI bot system thought it was something malicious that tried to collect sensitive information from people and removed it.

-If it was a move from the antis, they would have tried to remove it from all social media platform and not only Instagram and Threads, or they would have tried to bring down the website for the petition.

That's why I think it’s not coming from the antis.

The only thing you can do right now is to appeal the decision even if they don’t let you the possibility to explain in details why they misunderstood it and why this link is important.
