Okay! Bare with me! I’m super late to the #destiel bandwagon, buuut! I’m on my second viewing of supernatural with the intent of watching all destiel centric scenes. I’m at 13x4 (around 27:31) with the empty and cas and their poignant conversation! And OMG! The empty confirmed Cas’s love for Dean but I was too dense to realize it the first time! It made COMPLETE sense to me now why the empty took him and HOW he took him! Like frack tptb BUT I have to give them this one! They did a complete circle. This is the conversation that left me dumbfounded.
Castiel : “Sam and Dean NEED me...”
The Empty : “OHHHH! Save it! I have tiptoed around through all of your little tulips...your memories...your little feelings. Yes? I know what you hate. [whispers] I know who you love, what you fear. [Ends Whisper] There is nothing for you back there.”
Castiel knew Dean could never reciprocate his love! He feared it and he knew! And I am just a puddle of mess now hating this show!
