love the idea of them meeting again bc Sebastian’s buick was having car trouble, bc it is an older buick (and in the book driver says he likes older buicks) so driver essentially jumps at the chance to help out

seb would show driver all the haunts to go to if you like jazz/wanna see a live show

Seb would also drag driver out to see movies: “you do stunts for them and you don’t even watch it? Ridiculous. You- we… should go see them, for research” “research” (wink wink. Nod nod.)

seb would also buy driver books that were adapted to movies and then that would be another convo to yap about

as said, listener x yapper, driver being the listener and seb being the yapper

they both… dont really like talking about their past, especially past relations, but they respect each other boundaries abt it

laura meets driver after breaking into seb’s apartment (again) and seeing them eating a homecook meal together

seb is baffled by drivers cooking skills - essentially he cooks cheap ass meals but makes them somehow rlly fuckin delicious

sooooo seb makes it his job to teach him more meals other than what he knows, yknow so he has it for later.

driver shows seb places to decompress (creeks n shit) bc they are both autistic

seb started keeping toothpicks on him just in case driver needed some

…can i say hand holding? Specifically driver reaching out to grab seb’s hand when he starts stimming (drumming his fingers on shit) as a way to help calm him down

and then seb would subconsciously reach for drivers hand if he feels himself start to get restless and what not

driver spending more time at seb’s apartment than his own, bc his own is barren and he doesnt like how empty it feels

soft smiles whenever driver sees seb play the piano bc he can tell how happy and expressive he is

driver also giving slight suggestions when seb is writing his own things: “cant get this part right” “kinda sounds low…” “…shit you’re right, that does sound too low, would flow easier if it was a couple notes higher”

Seb making sure to have driver’s choice drink on the bar menu - driver gets his drinks in the house but he still tips the bartenders

seb having his bar and driver having his own mechanic shop… i need to write that. I also need to read driven
