First few hours of fasting... Lips are already parched, a little hunger pang (maybe more so because I'm consciously aware of the idea of fasting), and learnt something new: when a person is eating in front of you, you don't really feel animosity towards the person (as I used to think), but in actual fact you tend to think more about yourself, and it'll sound like the angel you and the devil you challenging yourself why is it that you're fasting, teasing you to break it.
Christopher Tock shares his thoughts a few hours into #Fast4Malaysia. Click the link to read what else he had to say.
