March 8, 2026 - Line-cheeked Spinetail (Cranioleuca antisiensis) Found from southern Ecuador to central Peru, these birds in the ovenbird family live in mountain forests and scrub. Foraging on branches in small family groups and sometimes joining mixed-species flocks, they feed on insects, including caterpillars. They build large oval-shaped nests from moss, sticks, and other materials, often at the ends of branches overhanging hills or cliffs. Females probably lay clutches of two eggs.

comparisons: speaking patterns
kel doesn’t speaking often but when she does she talks a lot all at once and with few breaths. wants to get her thoughts out all at once.
cass is more calculated with her words, thinks before she speaks.
atlas cuts herself off mid sentence all the time. her mind is a jumbled mess from being alive for so long and she isn’t the best at sorting her thoughts out. often contradicts herself.
hale will interrupt you and not feel bad but she is a very good listener. a woman of few but very meaningful words.
