Coming to the close of Tour Fe Fleece 2018, my first one. Pushed myself to a lot of challenges including washing aplaca with rain water to begin with, beginning to learn how to Navajo Ply, and not to allow myself to be afraid of the beautiful bats, braids, bulbs etc. sitting in my stash. What a wast not to spin. So I weighed the skein after I washed it and let it dry and it is 85g and 432 yards! I weighed the left over single mess and that was 10 grams… not sure what happened to the 5 grams, probably should have weighed the braid before I started!
