oof, yes, please. he’d keep his eyes on the road, only looking at you in his peripheral vision and smirking because you were tensing up at his touch. rather than shutting your legs to prevent him from making his way further up your legs, you spread them, welcoming him wholeheartedly. he would bite his lip at the sound of your whining when he finally made contact with your center– you were soaking and he’d barely done anything. in your desperation, you began bucking your hips up into his hand, wanting more.

Summary: Although Grayson has several of his own tattoos, he’s not fond of the idea of you having any. You go out with a friend and finally do the thing you’ve waited your whole life for - you got a tattoo. When Grayson finds out, he reacts a little bit differently than you expected.

A/N: This is inspired by the scene of Friends when Ross walks in on Rachel showing off her tattoo. Also, there are a couple of time skips, but hopefully you won’t mind. Enjoy :’)

“Grayson, I don’t understand what the big deal is,” you said, raising your voice at him.

“I just don’t like the idea of you getting a tattoo, okay?” he said, yelling back.

You huffed and said a bit more calmly, “It just doesn’t make any sense, because you and Ethan have dozens combined. So what if I get one itty bitty tattoo?”

“That’s different, y/n. Trust me,” he said.

“How the hell is it different?” you screamed back. After a moment of Grayson failing to reply, you repeated your question and eagerly awaited his answer.

He huffed. “I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I let you get something placed permanently on your body that you eventually began to regret. Me and E do stupid shit all the time, so it wouldn’t matter if we got a tattoo that we later hated,” Grayson finally replied, eyes darting everywhere except to your own. “Can we please go to bed now?”

“Fine,” you simply replied. Of course you appreciated Grayson looking out for you, but you were perfectly capable of holding your own. You understood the possible consequences of getting a tattoo, and you were okay with them. This isn’t the first time you and Grayson had fought over the subject, and if you had to guess, it probably wouldn’t be the last.

“Come on, y/n! Just go with me, and maybe you’ll change your mind,” your friend, Kelsey, pleaded with you. She was getting another tattoo today and wanted you there for moral support. She was always encouraging you to get a tattoo, though, so she probably wanted you there for more than just “moral support.”

“Kels, you know I’ve wanted a tattoo since forever, but Grayson doesn’t want me to get one. I don’t want to go against his word,” you said. “I’ll go with you, but I’m not getting a tattoo.”

“You mean, you waited your entire life to turn 18, so you could get a tattoo without your dad intervening, only to have another man intervene for him? I never pegged you to be that type,” she said truthfully.

“I know it doesn’t make any sense, especially because he has so many tattoos himself, but he has his reasons. Maybe you and I don’t understand them, but I’m going to respect them anyways,” you replied bluntly.

“Oh my gosh, Kelsey! It looks so good,” you said in awe of the new ink on her body.

“It does, doesn’t it?” She was smiling ear to ear, admiring it herself, and she pleaded one last time, “Are you sure you won’t get one?”

You bit your lip and avoided answering, afraid of what might come out. Your thoughts were running wild, but she interrupted them saying, “Are you thinking about it?! Oh my god, ok it’s settled! You’re getting a tattoo,” she excitedly said, grabbing your arm and pulling you back to the chair she was previously sitting on. “Romeo, I think y/n wants a tattoo now!”

“Grayson finally changed his mind,” Romeo inquired.

“Well, not exactly… but I did. You don’t think he’ll be too angry, do you? I mean I-,” You began saying before Romeo interrupted.

“I think he’ll love it. It may take him a minute to warm up, but he could never stay mad at you for too long.”

You blushed and thought that maybe this won’t be so bad after all. You pulled out your phone to show him the tattoo you wanted. You explained that you wanted it on your left hip, and then he began.

You and Kelsey made your way back to Grayson and Ethan’s house. You walked in and immediately saw Ethan standing in the kitchen, so you asked where Grayson was. Ethan told you that he was in the bathroom but would probably be out soon.

“Do you wanna know something before I tell him,” you whispered.

“Uh.. sure,” he whispered back, mocking you.

“I got a tattoo,” you said and glanced over to Kelsey who had a smile spread across her face.

“You got a tattoo?!” Ethan yelled just as Grayson was walking back into the room.

“You did what?” Grayson said firmly.

Your eyes were wide, and your cheeks were colored red as you turned to face him. “Umm I sorta got a tattoo… and I know you really didn’t want me to, but Grayson it’s my body and-”

“Let me see it,” he said softly, interrupting you. You lowered the waistband of your pants to properly show him, and he ran his finger across it, reading “semper ad meliora.” “What does it mean?”

“Always towards better things,” you said as you made eye contact with him. He only stared back at you, so you said, “Well, what do you think?”

“It’s kinda… sexy,” he gruffly said and looked back down at it. “Does it hurt, or can you… do stuff?”

Smiling at how much he surprised you by actually liking the tattoo, you quickly breathed a “yeah.”

I don’t necessarily think his first time would be that big of a deal to him, but he would have a lot of trust in you to actually be doing it with you. You would mean a lot to him, and he would express that... but not too much because I think he’d just be really in the moment like “oh my god this is really happening”

He’d be really nervous at the beginning too, and kinda fumble when trying to take off your clothes. But then he’d get the hang of it & it’d be all good

I sorta feel like once he really go into it, he’d be really confident and just give you everything he’s got. He’d obviously be a natural

And I know he’d be dominant... but I don’t think it would be like an overwhelming/in your face dominance. Like if you wanted to take control, it probably wouldn’t be hard to do so, and he would just kinda sit back and be like “holy shit” and just super turned on and yeah

He’d be really vanilla too… like maybe he’d want to try something a little outside the box, but I don’t think he’d be confident enough.
