Ingredients: 1.5 oz spiced rum. 1 oz chai tea concentrate. 0.5 oz vanilla liqueur. 0.5 oz simple syrup. 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Ice cubes. Cinnamon stick and star anise for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a shaker, combine spiced rum, chai tea concentrate, vanilla liqueur, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters. Add ice cubes to the shaker. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise if desired.
