AWW THANK YOU ANON....

I will admit I did get some burnout on my AU for the last year or so (thinking really really really hard about the same AU for like..... seven years does that to you lmfao), but I am still very fond of it! Currently I am focusing on a new AU in terms of a fanfic, but I still look back and visit my goobers now and then.....

The start of something new

In the Monster Kids AU (though only showing up in the later half), Douxie is a sphinx, born long ago. He was only one of the mass of orphaned and stolen kits left alone to scrounge and fumble among humanity's edge. Before long, a dragon posed as a feline found him, and took him under his wing (quickly growing to see each other as a little family). Seeking tutelage for the little sphinx's growing 'blue thumb', the two are swept into an apprenticeship by a familiar name among the wizardry community: Merlin Ambrosius.

Along with the struggles of any magical teachings, Douxie learns to enhance the weak foundation of his glamour, passing for human under the watchful eye of the king. Though, Killahead's reap would swiftly send the sphinx and dragon on to traveling the world, awaiting the return of Douxie's mentor. Until one day, when they hear along the wizardry grape vine, of a town, suddenly full of monsters....
