Wrestling against myself because I want to go for a run BUT I just went for a run yesterday and I think I'm supposed to keep at least a day in between to avoid injury, especially when first starting out adfghn
BUT who even am I??? Wanting to go for a run so soon again!!? It was raining yesterday too and I didn't even blink before going tf???
(I also saw a seal playing with its food/a fish in the river, such a cool thing, although gross lol! But glad I happened to be there for such grand moment in nature haha)
So I think I'm just going to go for a walk, and if I still feel like exercising after, I'll do some weight stuff instead. And then run tomorrow if I have another good, less-symptom day!
