       IT’S  RECKLESS  AND  IT’S  DANGEROUS  ,     but  it’s  all  she  can  think  of  doing  .  in  a  blind  panic  ,  alice   elbows  her  way  through  a  crowd  so  much  taller  and  more  dense  than  she  is  ,  furious  in  the  eyes  and  yet  coated  in  relief  .  eventually  ,  she  clears  a  path  and  picks  her  way  over  the  battlefield  as  fast  as  her  ballet  shoes  will  allow  --  she’s  clearly  come  straight  from  class  ,  her  hair  unwinding  as  she  runs  .     ❛     pietro  !     ❜     it’s  a  demand  more  than  a  request  --  she  collides  with  his  chest  with  the  most  force  she  can  muster  ,  forehead  pressed  against  the  spot  where  his  heart  beats  .  her  babbling  dissolves  into  broken  french  ,  fingers  clenched  into  the  back  of  his  shirt  . 

         he’s downright EXHAUSTED [ somewhere close to the point he’d have to start calling the bags under his eyes a CHOICE or risk someone knocking him out for his own well-being ] and ROADRUNNER brings a kind of energy to his flat that makes him wish he’d pretended to be asleep [ dicaprio, who? ] an act he’d started leaning on whenever someone swung by UNINVITED — and considering how hard he’d worked to keep his flat off the record they were ALWAYS uninvited.          ❝ who gave you the address? was it stark, huh? nat sell me out? i knew she was still mad about the handbag thing — wait, are you just here to raid my fridge? ‘cause NOTHING in there is safe for human consumption, freak-show metabolism or not, i can’t be the guy who killed a FELLOW AVENGER with week old pizza. ❞                        [ let’s be honest, it’d be a BAD look ]                                                    @speedpunked
