while watching tsftl I made the comment to my brother of what if Hummer is like a anglerfish's lantern. Drawing people who genuinely want to find Levi into a trap.
Why I don't know, but the idea hasn't been able to leave my mind.
I think the real tragedy of tsftl is that we never find out if Hummer is real.
He could be or he couldn't be, like imagine not existing but genuinely believing so hard you are a human, just like how you believe so hard that the god (Levi) you are so desperate to find is actually real.
But maybe it doesn't matter, because in the end someone genuinely cares for him, even if he isn't real, someone still believed, still wanted to help him, to be around him.
And maybe that was enough
one of the stupidest game of Uno I've ever played was when I convinced my friends that if you were being made to pick up and got a +2 you could put it down and stack them.
We played for more than an hour and ended up giving up in the end.
There was debt because we ran out of cards to pick up......
