STARDUST
In the vast expanse of space and time,
I'm just a speck, a fleeting thought, a rhyme.
A moment's pause, a brief, shining spark,
A Stardust fragment, lost in the dark.
I'm born of nothing, forged in nuclear fire,
A temporary flicker, soon to expire.
My atoms danced, in a celestial sea,
Only to coalesce, in this meaningless me.
I search for purpose, in the void's cold light,
But find only shadows, and an endless night.
My existence, a mere whisper, a sigh,
A moment's distraction, from the universe's indifference, passing by.
I'm a star with human problems, a joke, a play,
A brief, shining moment, in an infinite gray.
I'll burn my fuel, in a flash of light,
And fade to nothing, in the dark of night.
